The Bosnian Prime Minister, Hasan Muratovic, described the existence of the self-styled Bosnian Croat 'government of Herzeg-Bosna' as an issue which threatened the Bosnian-Croat Federation and the Dayton Peace Agreement. Meanwhile, senior US envoy, John Kornblum held talks in Mostar on Thursday with top Bosnian Croats and Moslems on plans for dismantling Herceg-Bosna, formed three years ago in southern Bosnia.
