Choosing watercolor paper can be tricky, and even when you get that brand-new pad of paper home, how do you know if it will do what you want it to do? Here are a few things that I consider, and also how I test new paper, so that I'm aware of any issues, and can decide if it is the best paper for my watercolor paintings.
