Natasha spends so much time caring for others, so tonight it was my turn to look after her. She mentioned she hasn’t been sleeping very well lately and her face has been feeling a little puffy and tired, which is very common when we’re run down. So in this session I’m performing a gentle lymphatic drainage facial massage, designed to encourage circulation, reduce fluid retention, and promote deep relaxation. After cleansing Natasha’s skin with Elemis Superfood Cleansing Foam and soft Merak Beauty brushes, I apply a lightweight Mulberry facial oil from Kaeso Beauty and begin slow, rhythmic massage movements across the face, focusing on the brow, under-eye area, cheeks, and jawline. The treatment is finished with calming scalp work and a cooling jade comb for a refreshing end to the session.
