This year we are massively expanding our operation adding 65+ new beds, a 30'x48' high tunnel, and 2 caterpillar tunnels. This season we will have around 100, 40 ft long, beds 30" wide which come out to about 1/2 acre of area or 10,000 sqft of bed space under production. With this we will harvest around 200-300 lb of produce a week that we sell to local restaurants and at our many farmers market. Our goal is to share the tools and techniques required to farm naturally on a budget with the troublesome insects and weather conditions across the US.
