Feeling down about yourself?

Hi everyone! In this video I wanted to express what goes through my head at times when I compare myself to others, and feel a bit down about myself. So many of us do this for some reason- we are our own worst critics. I've got 4 easy steps I follow when I'm feeling a bit lost and not happy with where I'm at.
