This Wolseley 6 cylinder engine had been in storage for years, then tested. Oil and filter changed, turned over with oil in the bores, valve clearances/operation checked then it started straight away. There is a little smoke to begin with but burns off. It didn't heat up properly thanks to a large Ford 351 cooling system, but settled in nicely. A little fumey and could benefit from new piston rings, but heated up properly would perhaps solve that issue. Great oil pressure, all compressions within 10psi of each other and a silent bottom end.
