Almost 2 years ago exactly I installed one of these do-it-yourself Mini-Split AC units from MRCOOL. I was a little skeptical at the time how long it would last. So...how is it working 2 years later? UPDATE: Days after releasing this video, the unit gave an "EC" error that apparently indicates a drop in refrigerant pressure. Meaning, there's a leak somewhere. But MRCOOL came through in the clutch with great customer service and replaced the condenser under warranty.
