In 2015 filmmaker Christopher Garetano released his documentary, "Montauk Chronicles," which dove deep into the the legends surrounding Camp Hero, at Montauk point in Long Island. Garetano discusses investigating the claims made by Preston Nichols, Stewart Swerdlow, and Al Bielek. These interview clips are intercut with the men themselves. We hear from the original sources of the Montauk Project stories. Some of the topics touched on are time travel, mind control, alien technologies, and alternate dimensions. Preston Nichols, and Christopher Garetano also focus on the horrifying nature of the stories surrounding the Montauk legends - such as the story of "Junior," a sasquatch like beast that was manifested into reality by Duncan Cameron. Cameron was allegedly connected to the "Montauk Chair" at the time. This device was meant to aid in psychic abilities, but for some reason materialized this big foot like creature. This video is a great primer on the story of the Montauk Project and can serve as a look at these infamous legends. that inspired the Netflix hit "Stranger Things."
