While flying from Sherman (KSWI) back to my home airport (F69) after meeting a buddy for lunch, I was remembering how much prep I put into passing my checkride and how smoothly it ended up going. Most student pilots are nervous about passing their checkride, but the reality is that your DPE is there to make sure you can fly to the minimum standards and is NOT looking to fail you.. so you can relax.
