Repeat slowly, adding one new body part each time. Draw several cute monsters yourself, then ask them where the different parts of the body are, and show the answer. Ask them to draw their cute little monster. Stop the video while it’s playing and ask questions! Where does this monster live? What’s his favorite color? Dance! With children and kids: Ask them to draw a monster with 4 eyes, 6 legs etc. (change the numbers and body parts each time) Once there are several cute creatures to choose from, ask them ‘How many eyes (or other part) does this creature have?” This makes for an excellent counting exercise. Ask them to give each monster a name. Pick a monster and ask questions! What does this monster like to eat and why? What’s their favorite toy? Etc.
