The first time I saw this problem was at one of the garages I troubleshoot for, long before I started video taping everything. I actually posted the images on iATN, I think maybe 2004? The garage had already replaced the distributor and just about everything else. With much difficulty, I mistakenly replaced the engine computer! And of course I didn't fix it.
