PLAYLIST: https://spoti.fi/3c3Nd9y Block A - 8 minutes Repeat all three exercises back to back, 30 seconds per exercise. Once finished rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 4 times. ➤ Jab Cross - Feet stationary in parallel, hip-distance apart and keeping a soft bend in the knees. Alternate punching your arms in front of the eye line. Allowing small thoracic movement connecting in the obliques. Try slow and steady or speed it up. ➤ Down Ups - Low Impact version of a Burpee. Feel free to jump your feet out and in to plank if you feel comfortable to do so. Otherwise, complete the movements of a burpee by stepping it and standing through squat rather than jumping at the top. ➤ Plank Commandos - Plank position, lower to one forearm without rocking hips side to side. Once both forearms are down reverse back up to tall plank. Alternate which arm starts the movement to work evenly on both sides. Knees can be down as modification. Block B - 5 Minutes Descending Ladder. Repeat all three exercises continuously as a circuit. Starting off at 10 reps, every time you come back to the first exercise take off 2 reps. Work your way down until you are at 2 reps per exercise. If you have time left, make your way back up the ladder adding on 2 reps. ➤ Squat Jumps - Feet hip-distance apart in parallel. Explode from your squat position making sure landing soft knees and pressure in heels. Take out the jump as a modification for any injuries. ➤ Squat Commandos - Stay in a low squat as lower one knee/shin down, and then the other and reverse back into the low squat hold. Alternate which leg initiates the movement. ➤ V Ups - From a supine position with arms and legs out straight, inhale and as you exhale using a little momentum engage the core to flex at torso/hips until your body is on the sit bones, arms are forward and legs are either straight up to the sky or in a tabletop position.
