Ingredients Big Mac Sauce 1 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup relish (sweet recommended) 2 Tbsp grated yellow onion juices included 4 tsp yellow mustard 2 teaspoons white vinegar (I used white balsamic in this since I was out of regular white vinegar) 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 garlic powder Casserole 2 lbs ground beef ( I used 80/20 but go leaner or fattier if you would like)\ 1 medium onion diced (1 cup approximate) 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup diced dill pickle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 32 ounce bag of tater tots Toppings (optional) Iceberg Lettuce shredded More cheese Sesame seeds Instructions 1. Pre Heat Oven to 350 F 2. Mix all the ingredients of the Big Mac Sauce in a bowl and reserve out 1/2 cup of finished sauce for finishing the casseroles 3. In a skillet over medium high heat brown meat till about half done, 5 minutes or so. Once meat gets there add in the onions and cook for another 4 minutes till complete. 4. If there is excess grease drain though if minimal don't need to worry about it 5. Add garlic, pepper and salt to the mixture and cook for a minute or until you can smell it 6. Turn off the heat and add in the pickles, 1/2 cup of both cheeses and the big mac sauce except that which was reserved for the finish 7. Transfer to a 9x13 casserole dish and spread evenly 8. Spread the remaining cheese across the top the mixture 9. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the top of the casserole and bake in the preheated oven till golden brown.
