People Analytics in Excel: Employee Attrition (Logistic Regression Model)

In this video we take the cleaned dataset from our previous videos and implement a logistic regression in Excel using the real-statistics package. We'll encounter and overcome some collinearity/matrix singularity issues that will cause our initial models to fail, and finish with a solid model that will provide us with the information we need to complete this project in the following videos. I hope you'll walk through this process with me as we finally get to the fun and exciting part of people analytics: building a model that explains and even predicts employee behaviors.
