How To Putt With The Claw Grip

The Claw Putting Grip is becoming more and more popular as golfers seek to find a method which reduces hand action during the stroke and helps stabilise the clubface. The Claw isn’t for everyone, however, we are seeing the putting method used successfully on the @PGA TOUR. Players popularising this unique and funky looking putting grip are Justin Rose, Sergio Garcia, Tommy Fleetwood and Phil Mickelson. Other players to try out The Claw include Adam Scott, Webb Simpson, Chris DiMarco, Mark Calcavecchia and Mark O'Meara. The Claw Grip is effective because it allows the player to take the bottom hand out of play.
