Anyone who has managed a difficult employee or seen working relationships completely break down know how time consuming, exhausting and disruptive this can be. This webinar explored common issues that led to the breakdown of relationships and explained at what point you could say 'enough is enough' and fairly bring the relationship to an end. We also considered what reasonableness looked like in the context of a SOSR (some other substantial reason) dismissal; whether you needed to follow the Acas Code of Practice on discipline and the 'red flags' you needed to consider.
