When it comes to Rotisserie style cooking, the Lynx Professional Grill comes with a rear infrared burner and rotisserie kit. The rear burner of this 36 inch grill is rated for 14,000 BTUs of cooking power. A roasting pan is also included, perfect for cooking up an easy side to complete your meal. Freestanding Lynx Professional grills have two folding stainless steel shelves, for extra prep space, and plenty of enclosed storage in the lower cabinets of the cart.
