This is a very long and detailed video, featuring the restoration of an extraordinarily nice Fender Deluxe Reverb from Jan. of 1964......the 267th one made that year. We examine the chassis and circuit, determine the date of manufacture, then begin a careful replacement of antiquated parts, restoring it to good working order for the owner, who intends to play it on a regular basis. In addition, I cover safe practices with high voltages, a careful analysis of sub-circuits, and an audio demo of both channels and effects.
