These oatmeal cookies are soft and chewy with nice warm spices. Oat cookies are not hard to make. These oatmeal cookies don't require any butter so they are low in fat. You can adjust the sweetness of the cookie by adding your desired amount of sugar. Since I wanted a healthy cookie I added limited sugar. You could also use sugar substitutes like Stevia if you prefer. I will show you the basics on how to make oatmeal cookies from scratch.
