Today I will be showing you that how to cook this delicious "FISH EGG FRY"😊 ☛FOR MASALA PASTE:- Take ½ bowl of coriander leaves in a grinding jar. ½ inch roughly chopped ginger. 10-15 garlic cloves. 2 green chillies. Grind it. Add 2 tbsp of water. Grind it to a fine paste. Now transfer the masala paste in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp of Coriander powder. 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder. ¼ tsp black pepper powder. ½ tsp turmeric powder. ½ tsp Chaat masala. A pinch of Asafoetida. ½ tsp Cumin powder. ½ tsp dry mango powder. ½ tsp Garam masala. 1 Lemon juice. 1 Egg white. 1 tbsp Oil. Salt to taste. Mix it well. Our Masala Paste is ready. ⬗Method:- Turn on the gas stove & boil 1L water. Add ½ tsp salt. ½ tsp turmeric powder. Allow it to boil. Once the water starts boiling then add fish eggs & let it boil for 10-15 minutes on high flame. Now take out the fish eggs in a separate plate. Cut the fish eggs into slices. Apply the masala paste & coat it well. Now heat ½ cup of oil in a frying pan. As soon as the pan is hot, gently place the fish egg pieces one by one in a hot oil. Fry the fish eggs for 3-5 minutes on medium flame. Flip it & fry it for another 3-5 minutes on medium flame. Take it out in a plate. Serve hot with rice or Indian bread (roti).
