Try this easy rasmalai cake at home and surprise your loved ones with this Indian fusion dessert. 👉 If you enjoyed this recipe, don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more delicious recipes! 🧾 INGREDIENTS For the Cake: • ¾ cup sugar • 1 cup yogurt (curd) • ½ tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder . 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ cup oil • 1½ cups all-purpose flour (maida) • 2 tbsp milk For Rasmalai Soak & Filling: • Rasmalai pieces (chopped) • Rasmalai milk For Garnish: • Crushed pistachios • Saffron milk • Dried rose petals ⸻ 👩🍳 METHOD 1. In a bowl, whisk sugar and yogurt until the sugar dissolves completely. 2. Add baking soda and baking powder. Mix gently. 3. Add oil and mix until well combined. 4. Add vanilla extract Add all-purpose flour and mix slowly. 6. Add milk and mix to get a smooth ribbon-consistency batter. 7. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 8. Let the cake cool completely. Trim the top and slice the cake into two layers. 9. Prick the bottom layer and soak with rasmalai milk. 10. Add chopped rasmalai pieces and place the top layer. 11. Pour more rasmalai milk on top. 12. Garnish with pistachios, saffron milk, and dried rose petals. 13.
