SimCity 4 BAT Modding Custom Growable Realistic Industry Lots

This video is a collection of custom industrial lots I have created for SimCity 4 using the SC4 BAT tool and Gmax. These lots are all growable, except for the Tank Car Loading Rack, which is a plopable freight station. They all create truck traffic and pollution, provide jobs and generate tax revenue like any other Maxis lot. They do not replace any existing lots in the game. The 3D models were created in Gmax and exported using the BAT plugin. They were then given exemplars using the SC4 Plugin Manager, and finally the lots were created in the Lot Editor. The 3D models are 100% original content, and the lots were created using prop packs available from a number of SC4 exchange websites.
