From the gentle yellow mustards of The United States to the sinus evacuating brutality of German mustards, each has its own unique balance, texture, and flavor! Reviewing countries most known for their mustard production and consumption, I went on a quest looking for the world’s best mustard. From the kid friendly to professional grade - I was able to track down 20 types of mustard from 10 countries! Sampling the mustard on their own, with a carb (pretzel sticks,) and a protein (sausage,) I was able to judge a mustard on its spice, texture, applications, and flavors. Which mustard do you think is the best? What do you love to use mustard for? Countries mustards involved: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Denmark, Austria, France, Germany, The United Kingdom, The United States, Ukraine, and Poland.
