Multi-cell migration in the presence of thermotaxis in a substrate with gradient stiffness. It is assumed that there is a linear thermal gradient along the x-axis. The thermotactic efficiency factor is assumed to be equal to 0.2. Maximum temperature (39 ◦C) is assigned to the end of the substrate (x = 800 μm) and minimum temperature at x = 0 is equal to 35 ◦C. Initially, cells are distributed in the first quarter of the substrate.
