This unique restaurant is just off the Golden Circle and an easy stop for some lunch. But reservations are necessary. The menu is tomato based and there are a few other options, like salad the lovely cheese stick, and ravioli. The drinks are also tomato based and were very tasty. We did not have room to taste the tomato ice cream, if you have tried it let me know in the comments! After your amazing lunch you can tour the greenhouse to see the way they use the geothermal to grow all those tomatoes. The stables on site has Icelandic horses and they so a horse show that you can purchase with a lunch package, it goes rain or shine. It includes a stable tour where you can pat and take pictures with the Icelandic horses.
