Single Release Date: May 7, 2020 Available on all digital platforms. https://www.solveigmusic.com/heart-to... www.solveigmusic.com The Story of this video: Solveig originally wrote "Trylle Bittelitt" at the age of 17, at her father's Schimmel piano, in their home near Bergen, Norway. It was released on her first album, "Askepott" (Cinderella), a collection of all original songs released in March of 1985 on Storm Production. A short time later, Solveig was offered an international record deal with Word Records, Nashville TN, after her performance at "Praise in the Rockies" in Estes Park, Colorado. For her first English language release, the label engaged Larry Norman, Jan Groth, and several other songwriters to work with Leithaug on the translations for the record. "In The World" was released in 1986 and the title cut, with the first single featuring a duet with Larry Norman, and "Heart To Heart," with english lyrics by Tim Hosman. Thirty years later, the song found its way back into her touring repertoire. It was so well received that she decided to re-record it in again English and Norwegian. The Norwegian version, "Trylle Bittelitt," was included on her release "Time" (Apple Cake Records, 2017). The English version was forgotten until a Zoom meeting on April 5, 2020, when Tim Hosman and Solveig happened to both be present. The reconnection reminded Solveig of the newer version of "Heart to Heart." With COVID-19, the quarantine, and all the craziness in the world, it seemed the perfect time to release the English version.
