This rather special video, the longest video so far on my channel, shows the best moments of the 10 years since it was created on March 7th 2011. Please note that the first 12 mins or so were filmed on my old phone and my old camera, so the video quality isn’t great, but it was part of the journey that led the channel to where it is now. I sincerely thank you all for helping this channel to grow and thrive amongst the brilliant railway community, and I hope for the channel to keep going with your continual support whether it’s through watching the video, liking or subscribing, any amount of help goes a long way. This video includes: Various diesel loco classes including 20, 33, 37, 40, 50 and more providing much thrash and clag! -Mainline steam railtours with locos from all of the ‘Big Four’ at speed and working hard climbing gradients! -Heritage Railways, with steam and diesel action -Model and Miniature Railways, with some of my favourite shots from exhibitions and events Look out for: -Railtours side by side at Euston (DB 66s and 86259) and Redhill (British Pullman and Hastings DEMU) -Shots of Mayflower, Clun Castle and Clan Line storming through Saunderton station on separate dates with railtours -Tangmere smoking out Finsbury Park station with a railtour -A ride behind 37227 on the Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway with lots of noise and smoke -Virgin’s Pretendolino Mk3 set, contrasting with LSL’s Intercity Mk3 set shown at different points in the video -40145 storming through Cheddington with ECS for an LSL private charter -Footage from the Garden and Woodland Miniature Railway final farewell event and the Great Cockcrow miniature railway 50th anniversary -A few shots from Mannheim station in Germany -LSL’s Midland Pullman HST screaming out of St Albans -Deltic D9009 roaring through Welham Green with a matching BR Blue coach rake -Intercity 91119 departing York and crossing paths with NRM liveried 43238 -The short-lived Grand Central Class 90s, seen passing Rugby And much more! Of course there may be some shots not featured here that you might have expected to see, and there are some shots I didn’t manage to include here.
