For this debut adventure, I chose Fukuoka — a city renowned as a culinary treasure trove, where time-honoured traditions meet bold flavours. From sizzling street food tucked away in bustling alleys to exquisite multi-course omakase experiences, every meal felt like a story unfolding on a plate. I stayed in a tranquil onsen ryokan, where quiet moments met the scent of hinoki wood and steaming baths. I wandered through nostalgic scenes straight out of a Ghibli film, revisiting the wonder of childhood through real-world magic. Japan welcomed me with endless inspiration.
