Florence, Italy | Highlights | Art, Food, Churches, Pasta Making and Wine!

Come along as we spend two nights in Florence, Italy, the Cradle of the Renaissance! There is art everywhere and we will explore the Uffizi Gallery to see masterpieces from DaVinci, Botticelli, Michelangelo, and Raphael just to name a few! We will visit the Galleria de'Accademia to see one of Florence's most famous citizens, David! It was awe-inspiring. We'll also be amazed by the sculptures in the Loggia del Lanzi near the Palazzo Vecchio. Beautiful city sites await such as the Ponte Vecchio and Palazza Repubblica. The stunning Basilica of Santa Croce and iconic Duomo and Bell Tower are also sights to behold. And of course the food! We'll learn to make pasta the Florentine way, try pizza, a local family owned restaurant with Chiangale (Wild Boar) pasta, and a world renowned sandwich from All-Antico Vinaio. We're in the Tuscan region so of course we'll sample the wine! So come along as adventure awaits!
