The 2021 Mazda BT-50 XT Dual Cab 4x4 Manual in Red Volcano reviewed by Jenny. Mazda made us pretty happy with their new vehicles in the past few years, so we were hoping the BT-50 would follow. The latest Mazda BT50 adopts tech from the Isuzu D-Max. Make sure you watch our review of the latest D-Max:    • 2021 Isuzu D MAX X-Terrain | Beach Day Aus...   The BT50 in our review is in the XT trim with the dual-cab body. So that means it’s just the entry-level trim and it doesn't have all the perks, but it’s still a nice offering. The engine is a 3 L turbo diesel and, being based on the D-Max, it is the only option in the new BT-50. It produces 140 kW and 450 Nm of torque from 1600 to 2600 revs. And Mazda wanted Jenny to dust off her driving skills so they sent us the 6-speed manual. So is there room for the BT-50? If there was room for the one based on the Ranger, there is certainly one based on the latest D-Max. Add to this Mazda’s neat styling and the BT-50 seems here to stay.
