It should be at least 1 inch in diameter. Using a sharp knife, carefully remove a 1 to 2- inch section of bark from the selected lemon branch. Make sure to remove the bark completely, exposing the cambium layer underneath. Step 2: Prepare Turmeric powder Apply turmeric powder the cut area. Turmeric powder has antifungal and antibacterial properties. Turmeric powder is used as a natural rooting hormone. Step 3: Toilet paper Wrap toilet paper around the cut area. making sure the exposed area is covered. Wet the tissue paper thoroughly with water. Step 4: Cover Cover the toilet paper with a plastic bag. This helps to keep the moisture in and create a humid environment. Secure the plastic bag at both ends with zip-ties. Give water once a week.
