The theme of dinners this week was freezer cleanout. I tried to use up some stuff that's been in there a while. BRUNSWICK STEW    • BRUNSWICK STEW, BUTTERMILK CHEDDAR BISCUIT...   CROCK POT CHICKEN ALFREDO TORTELLINI Add 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts to crock pot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add one 15 oz jar of alfredo sauce. Fill the jar half way with milk to get out any remaining sauce. Add to crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Remove the chicken and dice or shred. Add 1 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese to sauce. Once melted add back in the chicken.
