Teil 1 - Militärischer Standort im Bereich der Gemeinde Løkken Teil 2 - Militärischer Standort im Bereich der Hafenstadt Hirtshals Teil 3 - Militärischer Standort im Bereich des Küstenortes Skagen Teil 4 - Militärische Standort im Bereich der Hafenstadt Frederikshavn Der Atlantikwall war eine 2685 Kilometer lange Verteidigungslinie entlang der Küsten des Atlantiks, Ärmelkanals und der Nordsee. Sie wurde im Zweiten Weltkrieg von den deutschen Besatzern in den Ländern Frankreich, Belgien, Niederlande, Dänemark, Norwegen, den britischen Kanalinseln sowie dem Deutschen Reich im Zeitraum 1942 bis 1944 geplant und teilweise erbaut. Der Atlantikwall sollte diese Gebiete vor der alliierten Invasion schützen. „Möge es jeden Vorübergehenden an die furchtbaren Opfer des 2. Weltkrieges erinnern und möge es jeden mahnen, mitzuhelfen, künftige Kriege zu vermeiden.“ Standort Løkken - Die Stadt Løkken ist eine kleine Gemeinde in Nordjütland im Nordwesten Dänemarks und liegt direkt an der Nordseeküste. Am Strand und in den Dünen kann man heute noch zahlreiche gut erhaltene Bunker (Regelbauten) des „Gürtels von Bollwerken“ besichtigen.
