Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro delivered a fiery warning to the United States during the Meeting of Jurists in Defence of International Law in Caracas, urging Americans to “stop the crazed hand” he claims is pushing South America toward war. Addressing more than 100 jurists from 34 countries, Maduro asked whether Washington wants to create “another Gaza” in the region, accusing U.S. leaders of fueling conflicts, violating international law, and reviving “imperialist and colonialist sentiments” against the peoples of the Americas.
