Liver disease claimed the lives of 100,000 people last year, with over half of these deaths attributed to excessive alcohol consumption. In this video we look at 5 common signs of end stage liver disease. These signs include ascites, spider angiomas, jaundice, easy bruising and breast tissue development in males. If you are concerned about excessive alcohol intake, please see the below resources. Also, participate in monthly events such as Dry January. These events foster a sense of community and help you achieve these goals as more people will also be more conscious of problem drinking during this period of time.
