Case of the recurrent #cervicalpolyp, previously removed by two gynecologists and she was a case of #infertility and P/s showed polyp protruding from the cervical canal. Without cervical dilatation with 2.9 Bettochi's #Hysteroscope -#vaginoscopy-#cervicoscopy and then hysteroscopy was done to locate the base of polyp's origin. Then the cervix was dilated and a saline bipolar resectoscope used to respect out the base of the polyp carefully from the posterior side of the cervix and isthmus to offer complete removal of the entire polyp and for the prevention of re-occurrence in the future. The same patient discharged. #Daycaresurgery.
