| Dung Quat, October 03, 2025 | ACS Projects has successfully lifted a 1,200-ton Monobuoy out of the dock at PetroVietnam Shipbuilding & Mechanical Co., Ltd (Dung Quat Shipyard), marking the completion of the repair work on FSO Chi Linh for Vietsovpetro. This operation represents another key milestone following the successful lowering phase earlier in August. With the use of 04 units of 600-ton strand jacks and synchronized control systems, the lifting was executed with utmost precision, ensuring both safety and operational excellence. The Monobuoy, a vital offshore mooring system linking subsea pipelines to the FSO, has now been reinstalled after extensive maintenance — demonstrating ACS Projects’ capability in executing complex heavy-lift and offshore engineering operations with high standards of quality and reliability.
