Cannabis Benchmarks U.S. Spot Index Report for May 23, 2025 The U.S. Spot Index increased by 2.7% to $997 per pound this week. The Massachusetts Cannabis Spot Index increased by 4.6% per pound this week as prices were on the rise across all grow types. The state greenhouse index gained the most at 8.2% per pound, reaching its highest valuation since the last week in March. The Michigan wholesale cannabis market experienced a rare week where prices rose for flower cultivated across all grow types. Greenhouse grown flower saw the largest increase, gaining 21.7% per pound and reaching the highest valuation for mixed-light flower in the state since November 2024. Outdoor grown flower also had a strong week, climbing by 15.0%. The Nevada Cannabis Spot Index rose by 9.3% per pound this week as an 8.6% increase in indoor grown flower prices lifted the state grow type index to its highest level since August 2024. A 9.2% rise in prices for prepackaged indoor flower products drove the increase, as a reduction in bulk indoor flower priced in the lower quartile also contributed.
