Learn more: https://bit.ly/2rukoh3 TwinLab-F 20/40 Multi-purpose twin-screw extruder for the food and feed lab How run the extruder down and how to clean it: Stop the cutting device Make sure that the blade does not block the die head Increase the feeding rate of the liquid pump in steps Increase quantity of water Decrease temperature, if necessary If necessary, run the extruder with a neutral material in order to remove the old material from the barrel and the screws Run the extruder empty Remove cutting device Disconnect wiring Loosen the die insert, take it off and clean it Disconnect the heater plug of the stock thermocouple and remove it Disconnect the control thermocouple, heating plug and remove the round die head Disconnect the stock thermocouple Disconnect the pressure transducer and remove it Disconnect the heating tape and remove it Dismount hopper and dosing bolt Dismount 2 side dosing plugs, 18 liner screws and ringnut adapter Open liner Push out the screw towards the die side Clean the screws and the liner -- #brabtwinlabf
