Melody (my dog) doesn't like thunderstorms very much. I don't either. It's really incredible to know that in physical and metaphorical thunderstorms, we've got art to inspire hope to hold on to. From all sides, the booms and cracks of hate and fear from the mouths of lions feel like they're closing in, BUT! if you'll allow me to be cheesy and quote The Hunger Games for a moment, "Hope is the only thing stronger than fear." If nothing else, we're in this together, my friends. Regardless of who you are or what you believe: I'm here for you, I love you, and I believe in you.
