I wanted something beautiful & functional to protect the iPad I’ve been using for my new digital art adventures. The result? A soft, quilted iPad sleeve with a curved flap, velcro closure & cozy, cottage core vibes. This is a beginner-friendly sewing tutorial that works for any iPad model (you can Google your dimensions!). I’ll walk you through quilting the layers, shaping the flap, using bias binding, & adding your closure — whether that’s Velcro, a button, or just the flap itself. 🌿 I used scrap fabric, stash materials & cotton batting.
