Shortly after arriving on scene, officers were made aware of an unrelated medical emergency. In an apparent effort to mislead the officers, one of the suspects is seen pulling on the handles of a car that does not belong to her. In the end, 24 year old Deja was charged with resisting or obstructing without violence and leaving the scene of an accident.
