And they shall be heard: I'm officially announcing that *I fully intend to create Windows and Linux versions of mouseless*, and that I'm entering the exploratory phase of doing so! Barring any significant technical barriers to essential functionality, or other unforeseen events, I intend to get Alpha/Beta versions into your hands *as soon as possible*. I'll begin doing technical evaluations immediately, but for the next 2-4 weeks, my primary focus will remain on finishing the essential fixes and enhancements for the existing macOS version, as well as getting an Intel Mac release out. So if you don't hear a lot of news about the Windows/Linux version until sometime in January, please don't fret! The process is moving forward. Once that phase is done, I will be able to ramp up on Windows/Linux development, alongside continued feature work to make mouseless even more powerful and versatile. Please note: as I finish stabilizing the initial version of mouseless and plan forthcoming development, I am evaluating business costs and an ideal price point, so please kindly keep in mind that *the lifetime license is cross-platform and entitles you to all the great forthcoming enhancements*, and that my twin goals are to: a) keep mouseless accessible and affordable to all, and b) to be able to dedicate myself long-term to working on mouseless and other projects that I, and the users of, are passionate about. Just a heads up -- there may be a price adjustment as early as next week, and I'll be exploring per-country pricing to ensure I'm not pricing people out. With all that in mind, I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the early adopters and supporters, who have shared invaluable feedback and suggestions, and well as some truly fantastic ideas for making mouseless even better.
