Took my Overlander to Kashmir | DIY overlanding setup in India | DIY Awning and rooftop tent

This video gives you an idea about the modifications I have done to the car to make it overland-ready. I have been a fan of Overlanding for the last 7-8 years and have always wanted to build my overlander. However, I never got the chance and time to build it. When I started thinking about it, I realized that it is super expensive to build one. When everything went under lockdown, I started designing my overlander with the thought of making it super affordable. The process was long and tiring, however, the result is very satisfying for me. I managed to make my DIY rooftop tent under rs15,000/-, awning for rs2,500/-. I have also installed an auxiliary battery setup under rs13,000/- including 100amps battery which was for rs8,000/- and 100watts solar panel for 8,000/-.
