Any questions about Marshal Walker’s accuracy were answered when Holly’s remains were ultimately discovered years later right in the area he determined her cell phone stopped for approximately half an hour before heading south and going dark in the same place her lunch box and notebook were discovered. Marshal Walker criticizes the prosecution for deceitfulness and discusses the retaliation he faced following his attempts to expose prosecutor Jennifer Nichols for withholding exonerating evidence (i.e., “Brady material”) in the case against Zach Adams, who was wrongly convicted in 2017 and remains incarcerated, awaiting a trial in May 2025 for his post-conviction relief petition.
