Saki pulled up a recipe using Chat GPT, but we adjusted it to the ingredients that we had on hand and increased the amounts to feed four, and we had more to invite more to dinner, or save for leftovers to enjoy the next day. Basic Sukiyaki Ingredients: Thinly sliced beef (sukiyaki meat from Japanese market) Napa cabbage Green onions Shiitake mushrooms Enoki mushrooms Tofu (firm works best) Shirataki noodles Sukiyaki sauce Cooking oil Serve hot with steamed rice. Relax, it's easy to make, and take the liberty to change it up to your personal taste! invite friends over and they will be so impressed!
