First touching the turntables in 1987, legendary turntablist Mr Thing is a former member of the Scratch Perverts, winners of the 1999 DMC World Team Championships. He went on to win the 2000 DMC UK DJ Championship, later releasing acclaimed compilations such as Strange Breaks & Mr Thing and Kings of Hip Hop alongside DJ Premier. For this session, we invited Mr Thing down to Rave Coffee HQ for an exclusive VINYL ONLY (45s) DJ mix, spinning a heavy selection of Hip Hop, Soul & Funk from his incredible 45s collection.
