After an outing to check the trail cameras Glenn & Maureen attempt to return to the off grid cabin on their 40 acres in Ontario, Canada. The recent snow storm had dumped a lot of snow making it challenging for even the strongest of beasts to travel through the forest, leaving the cabin trail an easy option. The Mama moose had decided to lay down in the middle of the trail to have a rest with her baby calf, after trudging through the deep snow. So Glenn and Maureen turn around to give the pair a break to rest, then decide to return later, thinking the moose will have moved on by then. But to their surprise.... another adventure story begins around the off grid cabin.
