Hi Lovelies! I planned to replant my front yard flowers into pots, but I woke up to a very cloudy and rather chilly morning. Darn it. We are thinking to have some work done with the front yard, like raising the levelness (is this even a word 🤣), to avoid flood after Winter and whatnot. Yep. Owning a house means always worrying, always fixing, always trying to avoid this and that, while always killing your bank account in the process 🤣 I really don't know which one is better, renting from a landlord, or renting from the bank for 25 years 😅 Our last landlord was so bad. She would charge us 2 mo in advance, whenever it was time for her to visit her home country. Yes, in other words, tenants paid her travels. This would be just fine if only she wouldn't take out the whole 2 mo rental at once, leaving tenants wiyh negatives in their banks 😅 Inconsiderate is the word. So I guess renting from the bank is better? But the property tax always goes up annually, like it's choking us big time. So nothing really 🤣 We should all be just nomad! No wait, renting from hotel sounds better, there's pool, there's housekeeping, and oh! Breakfast includes! See, better 😁 I have what's way better for now tho!
