My Favourite Swindon Cycle Routes - 01 Shaw To Old Town Via Blagrove & Mannington

Video is slightly accelerated (7 miles in about 13 minutes) and has a few titles & map references included. Shaw to Old town via Hay Lane, Blagrove to Mannington Cycleway and the Old Railway Path (forms part of National Cycle Route 45) I love this ride and count myself lucky that it also forms part of one of my regular commutes from home in West Swindon to work in East Swindon. This is the first time I've ridden the Old Railway Path this year (February now) because I avoid it during the really dark & wet months because it can get quite muddy and is completely unlit. (I also try to avoid arriving at work covered in too much muck) :) When the sky is lighter in the mornings I'll film a 'there and back', partly because the Old Railway path is lovely in the very early a.m and there's often plenty of wildlife to be seen.
